Our Mission Statement:

To provide an honest and quality approach to managing properties with a constant focus on achieving the highest levels of customer service.  

We do this by listening to our clients and creating solutions based on their individual needs.  We do not offer cookie cutter solutions.

Our Business

We have been managing properies in the Fort Lauderdale area since 2002.   

In June of 2005, Ruddock Home Management Services was born.  We later altered the name to simply be Ruddock Management. 

Who We Are

Martin Ruddock is the principal owner of Ruddock Management.   He brings together his knowledge and experience in three key areas that have been the foundation of his business: customer service,  relationship management and real estate.

Martin began his career in a mutual fund investment firm where over a nine year period he managed several customer service groups. 

He then moved to a start up division to manage client relations where he remained for 4 years.   These formative years would later serve to help Martin develop and promote his own business.

Upon leaving the corporate world, Martin took an interest in real estate; first as a successful sales associate, a landlord and later into property management.  

Martin is a graduate of Northeastern University BSBA '94, and a past president of his neighborhood association.  He is originally from Boston and moved to Fort Lauderdale in May of 2002.
